Review Policy

Praiseear reviews explain what evidence supports the conclusion and whether hands-on testing occurred.

A researched overview is never described as a test. When equipment is supplied or retained, that relationship is disclosed. Manufacturers may be asked to correct factual details but cannot approve a verdict, require favourable coverage or remove supported criticism.

What readers can expect

Our process is designed around proportionate verification, clear labelling and a permanent route for feedback. Where a page relies on a source, the link should help the reader inspect that source directly.

How this policy is applied

The responsible editor records material decisions, checks conflicts and revisits pages when reliable new information changes the picture. This policy is reviewed alongside the publication’s other standards.
